Joe feels uneasy when he must do the show from what is basically a heavily-guarded vault. Joe gives some examples of what an inconsiderate roommate he is. Robby is on the hot seat again. The announcement of some new Girl Scout cookie flavors leads to a survey of all-time favorite desserts. A story from Joe’s personal life illustrates one of the essential differences between men and women. Comedian and writer Jim Meyer joins the show to defend his desire to not offend his most sensitive female readers. A friend of the show is revealed to be pretty sensitive himself in a late-night message to Joe. The gross details of a 60 Minutes correspondent’s extramarital affair are discussed. The show Super Bowl picks are re-evaluated now that season is coming to a close.

A far-fetched movie premise actually doesn’t seem that outrageous to Rob when he considers the impending nuptials of someone close to the show. A moniker in the chat room prompts and accounting of “black friends”. Joe reprimands Chris Restivo for his Facebook activity. Robby is knee-deep in reality programming with many of the returning shows. Rob and Joe question his judgment when it comes to entertainment, and are surprised to hear that he may no longer participate in a fantasy league he’d previously dominated. Joe boasts about the accuracy of his predictions regarding moviegoers feelings on some recent releases. As the moment approached, there were some second-thoughts surrounding the plan for Joe to meet his girlfriend’s father. Joe may have inadvertently created an unpleasant new nickname for himself. Joe is appalled by a columnist and fellow comic who he feels is being extreme in his political correctness.

Dumped in 45 Days

The show has grown substantially during its first year on the MORE network. Robby is known to go to great lengths when he feels he is wronged by any company, Rob and Joe dissect a recent example. Not surprisingly, a meeting of the minds can’t seemed to be reached with the person attached to a much-discussed podcast project. Joe’s girlfriend is the butt of some jokes at a recent roast, and he is nervous about the impending encounter with her father. Joe hears a story from his often-mentioned coworker that sounds like a plot straight out of a Seinfeld episode. Joe gets an education in geek culture in a super geeky way. Rob appears on local TV in Hampton Roads and has instant chemistry with one of the hosts. Joe is excited about an upcoming radio event and that leads to some reminiscing about his old 98 Rock show. When a famous athlete gets publicly outed for his bad behavior on Twitter, Rob sees a potential trend. A drunk patron makes a very loud and badly-timed exit at one of Rob’s comedy shows.

At back to back office Christmas party performances, Rob’s comedy is disrupted by women who dislike him. Rob and Joe stirred-up some trouble with their unrelenting tormentor. Coincidentally he was discussed on yet another podcast recently in an unflattering comparison, additionally he expresses his desire to start his own show (with the help of Robby) in one of his many emails. A big fan of the show has saved an extraordinary amount of vacation time and Rob and Joe ponder how he might use it.

Joe quizzes Rob about his ability to handle the early schedule of doing morning radio. Joe travels to Florida on a business retreat. Rob buys a new car. Rob and Joe are quick to list all the reasons why Robby would never be the person to call for last-minute help. While The First Annual Maryland Music Awards were a big success, Joe’s appearance was really not. Rob scrutinizes the comedy stylings of Marc “Skippy” Price based on his recent show with the former TV actor. When the deluded joketeller gets a feature in an Indian online publication, Rob and Joe can’t help but discredit him once again.

Rob and Joe disagree about whether or not their Thanksgiving celebrations should have been combined at Gramp’s house. The club’s management was not happy about the heavily-promoted guest performer at the Thanksgiving Eve show. Joe anticipates both the tension and joy that will result in the inevitable death of his landlord’s cat. Recent birthdays and the holidays prompt an in-depth discussion about what should be considered a fitting gift. When Rob’s car predictably breaks down, he takes an interesting trip with the tow truck driver. Joe and Robby try to guess with what 80’s sitcom star Rob will perform. Rob makes fun of one new gig Joe has secured, and tries to strip him of another. An article claiming a new grooming trend for young women is simultaneously enticing and repulsive to Joe.

Rob broadcasts live for the first time from the new studio and shares his thoughts on it as well as Robby’s new house overall. Rob and his girlfriend won’t join the Robinson Thanksgiving after all. Joe meets the new 98 Rock GM. Rob and Joe participate in some social media altercations. Joe recommends the wrong comedians for one show in particular. Rob and Joe wonder if a new form of male birth control will be successful. Budweiser’s new marketing campaign leads to a whole analysis of how products should and should not be advertised. Joe attends his first murder mystery dinner theater.

Joe and Charles Manson apparently have a lot in common. Allegations against Bill Cosby lead to a deep conversation about celebrity controversies. Rob and Joe scoff at Jerry Seinfeld’s odd personal confession from a recent interview. Joe must appear on Baltimore morning radio to defend the show once again. Anticipation grows for one performer’s potential guest set at the big Thanksgiving Eve show. An eventful evening at Cacao Lane includes an in-person meeting with last week’s show guest. Joe demonstrates his ability to predict if a movie will be good or not. An interview with two celebrity teenagers is deservedly the subject of ridicule. An Australian television host’s on-air protest is deemed unimpressive. Joe is forced to address his poor living conditions when his landlord refuses to take action himself.

Robby gets grilled about his new living arrangement. Rob underlines Joe’s blatant disregard for a local comedy promoter’s specific performer rules. Chris Restivo’s legend grows. Rob and his girlfriend just might join the Robinson family Thanksgiving celebration once again. Rob receives several friend requests from people with very interesting names on Facebook. Joe’s personal/professional life collision gets some closure when RJ Jackson joins the show. Rob is appalled when he reads a story about some diners charged close to four grand for a bottle of wine. Rob and Joe are perplexed by an upcoming stunt to be aired on Discovery. A new gig for Mickey Cucchiella is discussed and Joe’s colleagues at the 98 Rock morning show have a bone to pick.

Joe's hopes are dashed with some breaking news. When Rob prepares a meal he would have hated as a kid, this leads to a discussion of changing tastes as we age and vomiting. Joe makes an observation about some interloping trick-or-treaters. Rob and Joe give their thoughts on the street harassment viral video. Joe is annoyed by people at his regular stand-up gig. Joe alluded to an upcoming marriage proposal last week that did not go as planned. Joe feels out of touch when he can't recognize the photos of some current musical acts. Chris Restivo is confused by a bet. Rob makes an attempt at singing to prove he can do better than the comic who left him the embarrassing message last week.
