Rob and Joe follow-up on the fight between the Robinson brothers last week. Ultimately it seems that everyone would really prefer to limit Restivo’s participation in the show. The Merry Murder Mystery debut is a success…with a mess. After four and a half years, suddenly there is debate over show’s closing music. Rob is incredulous when his Cards Against Humanity answers are instantly dismissed at a recent get-together. Howard Stern is in the news and Rob and Joe have thoughts on his satellite radio contract, his career and his comments on podcasting. With Rob’s girlfriend being a brand new homeowner, he is concerned that he’s not a handy-around-the-house type of guy. Joe confesses that his ability to do some chores is hindered by childhood trauma. There are warning signs that Rob’s next gig for the troops overseas might be a lot more dangerous this time. Some predictions are made about the reaction to Star Wars: Episode VII.

Rob gets a series of vicious messages from a retired ‘comedian’ that are all tirades about Joe. Rob receives some SPAM email that hits a little too close to home. Real emotions flare when Robby is coaxed into talking about feeling slighted last week.

Rob and Joe are without Robby and the chat again. They talk about both, and why their absentee producer is so mad. There is more news on the Mystery Science Theater reboot. The show’s star even appeared on TMOS this past week, and Rob and Joe disagree with his comments regarding comedy in the DC area. Rob and Joe also discuss their own upcoming MST-style show. Joe confesses to not watching TV shows that nearly every other American has seen. Even after Rob emphatically disparages his own abilities when it comes to a very simple choreographed dance number for the upcoming murder mystery, Joe is still astonished by his total lack of ability.

The show proceeds without Marcus’s oversight and Joe’s microphone is suddenly malfunctioning. Joe is competing for ‘likes’ with his wolf fleece Facebook post. Rob encounters a new performer who wears a t-shirt and shorts on stage and throws-up before each show. Rob expresses his frustration with the amount of music during their post-game show. Marcus told Rob that he would attend his casino show in Connecticut, but no one else seems eager to make that trip. Rob and his girlfriend are once again declining to attend the Robinson Thanksgiving gathering even though it is superior to almost any other plans they could possibly have. Rob announces that his girlfriend is purchasing house in her name only. An announcement about two dead comedians performing as holograms lead Rob and Joe to question who would actually want this. On the heals of more Scott Apple adventures, Rob and Joe wonder if horse riding pants are unisex, and reveal how much drinking causes him to be an hour late for work. Rob believes that there is a comedy devolution happening after watching a classic video on Youtube. Joe wonders if a project that relies on crowd-funding is a legitimate career opportunity.

Joe's losing streak with the Ravens continues along with the post-game show troubles. Rob commits to the bit. Robby is debriefed with regard to his travels. Joe shares Scott Apple’s most recent ridiculousness.

Joe doesn’t believe in the curse, but is frustrated by the forces sabotaging his post-game show. The Rob and Joe Show is largely under-represented and often dismissed by the guest co-hosts chosen for OmearaCast. Robby is giddy about Back to the Future Day. Rob makes a joke on stage about a TV character dying that is not well-received. An article contributed by a listener about the benefits of dating a funny man is not exactly what Rob and Joe thought based on its headline. A new study examining the most popular/valuable celebrity autographs leads Rob and Joe to wonder what infamy might raise or lower one’s worth. Joe receives a mysterious email from a so-called ‘fan’.

In an attempt to improve an already great vacation, Joe has another adventure with a male enhancement drug. As the only white man at a recent appearance, Rob attempts to “do the right thing” representing his race. Joe broadens his culinary horizons by trying squirrel food. Joe berates a teenage girl by mistake. After a long retreat from the spotlight, the 100% clean paid tourist pops up in a surprising and ironic place. Gramps is up to his old tricks hitting on random women. Old friends that Robby thought were lost in a breakup, and previously discussed many times on the show, suddenly reach out. After an all-around bad football week, Joe calls Rob out for prioritizing his fantasy football over the post-game show. When Scott Apple returns from his honeymoon, Joe puts restrictions on how Scott may relay his two week’s worth of stories at the office.
